A neighborhood doesn’t change overnight. It can be a slow, gradual process that takes place over the course of a few years. What’s important is in which direction that change is headed.
Strong neighborhoods take strong people willing to get involved, not necessarily by running for public office (we all have our limits), but through small steps that can make a big impact. Pride in home ownership is a major contributor to building a strong neighborhood.
Our goal is to find folks interested in living within the City of Rochester, but more importantly, owning a home here. It’s a movement toward stabilizing neighborhoods, reducing our carbon footprint, and preserving a rich architectural heritage.
We’re not talking about conquering the world here. Let’s just take it one step at a time…one house at a time.
